Finally finished watching “The Matrix” for filipino… 2 hours and 16 minutes, but it was all worth it! Couldn’t believe it, its been 10 years since I last watched this movie. I couldn’t believe that “The Matrix” is really cool, I was still young when I watched it so I never really appreciated it. But this time, I appreciate it a lot more than I used to. In fact, I love it and Im planning to watch the whole trilogy during the sem break! ahhaha… :D

Lit classes also made me have a new perspective on watching movies and reading stuffs. I just don’t get it! It seems like Im analyzing every movie I watch and identify all the elements of fiction and literary “chuvas”… aahhaha… I noticed something in this movie, Neo is like Jesus in a sense that hes the one, and the matrix is sin. Even the characters names were somewhat related to the bible, the girl named trinity and then the ship named Nebuchadnezzar. ahhaha!!! Why am I doing this??? Seriously I hate lit because im having really low grades but I actually enjoy it, the class itself and the things I learn. So I now, I don’t really regret not to have raised my hand when asked if I still wanted to continue my lit class, just as my teacher said, the fuck I care about my grades! Basta im learning stuffs that are really helpful somewhat! ahhaha…
